Dog Paddock
Terms & Conditions
Please read these before booking. By making a booking you accept them.
Booking
- You must only use the paddock if you have booked a time slot.
- By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- Card payments are processed through our secure external payment provider, Stripe.
- Bookings are limited to one booking per time slot, so you have exclusive use of the field for the hire period.
- You are welcome to bring as many humans as you would like, but please ensure that the number of dogs matches the booking quantity. Kindly refrain from allowing any unfamiliar individuals or additional dogs into the field. There is enough parking in the enclosed facility for 4 cars; please use the overflow car park if necessary.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your session to receive a full refund. Unfortunately cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.
- Refunds are processed as soon as you cancel, but please allow 3 working days for the money to reach your account.
- You may amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your allotted time slot.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. You will be notified of the cancellation and issued a full refund.
- Booking confirmations are sent to you via email. Please ensure you enter the correct email address and check junk folders should the email not arrive in your inbox.
- The gate code will be sent to you in your confirmation email. This must not be shared with anyone.
Paddock rules
- You agree to use the paddock at your own risk and not to hold the owners responsible for any injury to you or your dogs. The ground is uneven and may pose trip hazards. We do not accept liability for any accident, injury or misadventure, however caused, when using this facility.
- Children must be supervised at all times and must not climb on gates, fences or any of the obstacles which are in situ for the enjoyment of the dogs. We are not responsible for any injuries associated with children using our facility.
- Your booking includes time to clear up and vacate the site before the next customer arrives. Please allow the final 10 minutes of your slot for this.
- If you arrive late, you still must depart at your finish time to allow the next customer access.
- If, on arrival, the previous customer is still in the paddock or loading their dog into the car, please remain in your vehicle in the waiting car park area until they have departed. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your time slot. If the previous customer has breached their booking time, call us on 01223 751218.
- Please be considerate of other users and give each other respect and space when entering and leaving the car park.
- If you leave the field late we reserve the right to disallow future bookings.
- Dog toys are there to enjoy, but please return them to the field shelter when you are leaving.
- There is a wash tub for your dog, which you are welcome to use. Please leave it clean and tidy.
- You agree to close all gates behind you to ensure the park remains a secure and safe place for dogs.
- There are no lights in the paddock, only in the car parking areas, so we recommend bringing a torch and lights for your dog if your session is in the dark.
- Please do not allow your dog to dig holes or to damage the fence, the obstacles or anything else in the paddock.
- We conduct routine inspections of the fence to check for any holes or damage, striving to maintain a safe environment for your dog to enjoy off-lead freedom. Should you notice any damage, we kindly ask that you notify us promptly. Please understand that while we take every precaution, we cannot assume responsibility for any instances of dogs escaping the field.
- We do not accept liability for any damage, costs or injuries incurred due to a dog escaping the paddock for any reason.
Your dog
- All dogs using the field must be up to date with worming, flea and tick treatments, and vaccinations.
- It is your responsibility to pick up all your dog's waste and any rubbish and dispose of it in the bins provided. There are multiple poo bins around the field and poo bags are free to use. Any customer who fails to clear up their dog mess will be refused hire in future.
- The general rubbish bin on site is for rubbish only, not dog waste.
